Terms & Conditions

Last updated: August 2026

Please read these Terms & Conditions (the “Terms”) carefully and check back periodically for any changes. They govern your access to and use of the PHERMO website at phermo.store (the “Website”) and the purchase of any products through it. By browsing the Website, creating an account, or placing an order, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms for every order you place. If you do not agree, do not use the Website.

1. Acceptance of the Terms of Sale

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you (the “Customer”) and PHERMO, and supersede any prior agreement. We may modify these Terms at any time by publishing the updated version on this page. The version in force is the one published here at the time you place your order; continued use of the Website after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of them.

2. Conditions of Purchase

By placing an order you confirm and agree that:

  • You are 18 years of age or older and have the legal capacity to contract.
  • You are aware of the correct dosage and appropriate use of each product you purchase.
  • You are aware of the possible side effects of every item you purchase.
  • You are advised to be followed by a doctor and/or qualified healthcare professional for any product you order.
  • Your purchase is intended solely for lawful use.
  • You know the laws of your country governing the purchase, importation and use of this type of product, and you agree to hold the owners and operators of this Website harmless and not responsible for your actions.
  • You will not violate the local laws or the local health-authority regulations of your country, including mandatory requirements concerning the importation of pharmaceutical products.

The Website assumes no responsibility with regard to the laws governing your country. If you need advice about a product, please contact our support team via the contact page.

3. Nature of Products & No Medical Advice

All products are supplied for research and educational purposes and require a valid prescription where applicable. Nothing on the Website constitutes medical, pharmaceutical or health advice, and no product description is a therapeutic claim, diagnosis or treatment recommendation. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before use. Our full Disclaimer forms part of these Terms.

4. Accounts

Ordering requires a customer account. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity under your account, and for the accuracy of the information you provide. We may suspend or close accounts that breach these Terms, provide false information, or are used for fraudulent or unlawful activity.

5. Prices

Prices are displayed by default in euros (€). Displayed prices exclude delivery charges and any optional services, which are added separately. The Customer sees the final price of the order upon confirmation at checkout. Prices may change at any time without notice, including as a result of international exchange-rate movements. The price applicable to your order is the one shown at checkout when the order is placed.

6. Payment

  • To be registered, an order must be paid in full. Orders not paid in full cannot be delivered.
  • Payment is accepted exclusively in cryptocurrency: Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH), Solana (SOL), Monero (XMR), USDT (TRC-20).
  • Payment data is anonymous; there is no link between your identity and any card or bank, and no payment card details are stored.
  • All fees related to payment, whatever the method used (exchange, network or platform fees, typically around 8–12%), are borne by the Customer and must not be deducted from the amount sent to us.
  • You must send the exact cryptocurrency equivalent of your order total at the live rate at the moment you pay.
  • Each order is assigned a single-use receiving address. Only ever pay to the address shown for that specific order. You are responsible for sending on the correct network (for example, USDT on the TRON / TRC-20 network only). Funds sent to the wrong address or network may be permanently lost and cannot be recovered by us.
  • Cryptocurrency transactions are irreversible. Once confirmed on-chain, a payment cannot be reversed, recalled or refunded.
  • Payments are confirmed on our site within 24 hours (excluding weekends); your order status is updated in your account once our finance process confirms the amount. If you have not received confirmation within 48 hours, please contact us.
  • An order that remains unpaid is automatically cancelled after 5 days. You may also cancel an unpaid order yourself from your account.

See How to Pay for step-by-step guidance.

7. Orders

  • The minimum order value is €50.00.
  • Product availability may change without prior notice.
  • Order cancellations after payment are not accepted.
  • Prices are subject to change based on international exchange rates, without prior notice.
  • Once your order is confirmed, you receive an email notification.
  • No refund of goods will be accepted.
  • You benefit from a referral programme: when a person you refer places a paid, validated order, a one-time discount coupon is issued to your account. You may not use your own referral code, create fake accounts, or otherwise abuse the referral or coupon system; we may withdraw codes, coupons and rewards, and close accounts, where abuse is suspected.
  • Your order status is updated at each step and can be viewed under My Account → Orders. You automatically receive an email at each status update — please also check your spam/junk folder, as our emails are sometimes filtered there. If you cannot find them, contact our team.
  • All orders are subject to acceptance at our sole discretion. We may refuse, limit or cancel any order — whether or not confirmed — without liability, including for suspected fraud, misuse, pricing error or unavailability. Products are for personal use and not for resale.

8. Delivery

  • Standard delivery is a flat €20.00 per order; delivery is free on orders of €200.00 or more.
  • Orders are prepared for dispatch after payment is validated (typically 24–72 hours), after which you receive a tracking number by email.
  • The Customer is responsible for data-entry errors and/or an inaccurate delivery address, and will bear any additional costs resulting from an incorrect address.
  • Our packaging is discreet and reveals nothing about the contents. We may change the original packaging where we consider it necessary to facilitate customs clearance.
  • We deliver to the address specified in the “delivery address” field of your order. Delivery is normally within a maximum of 21 days, but delays can occur that are outside our control. Delivery times are approximate and indicative only.
  • We may postpone the dispatch of an order if external events require it; such a postponement does not normally exceed 30 days.
  • Once shipped, you become the owner of the products and the risk passes to you. Ordered products are not refundable. Once a parcel has been dispatched we cannot be held responsible for delays, customs action, loss or damage that occur in transit — these are outside our control — and we are not able to guarantee a replacement or refund. We will, of course, always help and advise you wherever we reasonably can — see our Security & Returns page.
  • Once shipped, you receive a tracking link by email. If you ordered from different stocks you may receive several parcels (and therefore several tracking numbers).
  • For parcels arriving from outside the European Union (for some stocks), the carrier or postal service may charge additional fees and applicable VAT for delivery, which are payable by the Customer.

9. If Something Is Wrong on Arrival

Almost every order arrives without any problem. In the rare case that a parcel arrives damaged, incomplete or incorrect, please contact us within 15 days of receipt with your order ID and a complete, uninterrupted unboxing video. The video should show:

  • the sealed parcel, clearly visible from all sides before opening;
  • the entire unboxing, filmed continuously, with no cut, pause or interruption;
  • the full contents of the parcel, clearly visible on camera immediately after opening.

Please upload the video to a private sharing platform such as streamable.com and send us the link so we can review honestly what happened.

Please understand that once a parcel has been dispatched it is in the hands of the postal service and the customs authorities of the destination country. These are entirely outside our control, and we cannot be held responsible for — nor guarantee any replacement or refund in respect of — delays, inspections, seizure, loss or damage that occur after dispatch. We will always do our best to help and advise you. See our Security & Returns page, which forms part of these Terms.

10. Delivery Status & Customs

The carrier's online delivery status is authoritative. Where the carrier shows a parcel as “delivered” or as “incorrect address”, we consider the parcel to have been delivered. In the case of an incorrect address, it is the Customer's responsibility to provide the most complete and accurate address possible so the carrier can deliver without difficulty. A parcel that is held, delayed or seized by customs is outside our control; as set out above, we cannot be held responsible for what happens to a parcel once it has been dispatched.

11. Privacy & Data

We collect only the information needed to process and deliver your order (name, delivery address, email, order details). We do not store card or bank details, and payment data is anonymous. We do not sell your personal data. You may contact us to request access to, or deletion of, the personal data we hold about you.

12. Acceptable Use & Intellectual Property

You agree not to use the Website to break any law, gain unauthorised access to our systems or other accounts, interfere with its operation or security, submit false information, or resell products obtained through it. All content on the Website — including the PHERMO name, logo, text, graphics and layout — is owned by or licensed to us and may not be used without our prior written permission.

13. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

The Website and products are provided “as is”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude all warranties not expressly stated here and are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss, or for loss arising from: your use or misuse of any product; your failure to comply with local law; cryptocurrency sent incorrectly or on the wrong network; or customs seizure, delay or refusal. Where liability cannot lawfully be excluded, it is limited to the value of the order concerned.

14. Indemnity, Force Majeure & Governing Law

You agree to indemnify and hold PHERMO harmless from any claim, loss or cost arising from your breach of these Terms or your unlawful use of the products. We are not responsible for any delay or failure caused by events beyond our reasonable control (customs action, courier disruption, network or exchange outages, or acts of government). If any provision is found unenforceable, the remainder continues in effect. These Terms are governed by the applicable laws of the jurisdiction in which PHERMO operates.

15. Customer Service

For any question about a purchase, our support team is available at and via our contact page.

These Terms are provided for the operation of the PHERMO store and do not constitute legal advice. We recommend having them reviewed by a qualified professional for your specific jurisdiction before launch.
