How to Pay
PHERMO uses private, secure cryptocurrency checkout — no card details are ever
stored and there is no link between your payment and your order. We accept
Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH), Solana (SOL),
Monero (XMR) and USDT (Tether).
Paying for your order
- Place your order. Add your products to the cart and check out. You
will receive an Order ID and an order confirmation email.
- Get our wallet address. Your order confirmation page
(and your confirmation email) show the wallet address to pay to, in the coin you are using.
This address is single-use — each new order is given a new address.
- Send the exact amount. Send the exact crypto equivalent of your order
total to that address. Prices move constantly, so check the live rate at the moment you pay
with a converter such as
coinmarketcap.com/converter.
- Automatic validation. Your order is validated automatically as soon as
we detect your payment — usually in under 24 hours (excluding
weekends). You then receive confirmation and your order moves into processing and shipping.

New to crypto? You can pay with a card
If you don't own any crypto yet, you can buy it quickly with a debit or credit card on a
trusted platform such as
Binance,
Coinbase or
Changelly.
After a quick identity check, you can buy your coins and send them to us. On most platforms
you can enter our wallet address (the one on your order confirmation page) as
the “send to” address — so you pay by card, the platform forwards the crypto
directly to us, and your order is paid. You can also hold the coins in your own wallet first,
then send them when you're ready.
Important — send the exact amount
- Always send the exact amount of your order total. Check the live rate
with the converter above at the time you pay.
- Any exchange or platform fees (typically around 8–12%) are
your responsibility and are not part of your order —
they must not be taken out of the amount you send us.
- Only ever pay to the wallet address shown on your order confirmation page or confirmation
email. The address is single-use — a new order always gets a new address.
- Keep your Order ID — you can also find it anytime in your
account orders.
Private & secure
Your anonymity and security are protected. When you buy on an exchange and send the crypto to
us, there is no link between your name or card and your PHERMO order — the platform simply
forwards the coins to our wallet.
